Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All earrings are final sale for sanitary reasons (except for quality issues). Personalized, initialed, and customized items are also final sale. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll resolve it promptly. For more information, please see our detailed policy here.

Packaging: All jewellery is packed in gift boxes and protective bubble bags. Receipts are not included. We make it easy for you to surprise your loved ones.

Avoid Contact with Chemicals
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning agents (such as detergents, bleach, and perfumes), as these solutions may damage gold or silver plating and cause the jewelry to lose its shine or discolor.

Clean Gently
Use a non-abrasive cloth to wipe your jewelry, maintaining its original and clean appearance, and ensuring it remains free of stains.

Earring Design Note
Due to the material and design of earring posts, there may be slight misalignment. This is a common characteristic of handmade jewelry. We recommend checking the posts before wearing and manually adjusting them if necessary to ensure a comfortable fit.

Store Properly
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a jewelry box or soft pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Keep different pieces separate to avoid them rubbing against each other.
